They're honest starting points, not the final bill. Every motel is different — number of rooms, what photos exist, whether you're on the apps — so we send a plain, fixed quote after a short call. No hourly surprises.
Do I own my site?
Yes. The site, the domain, the content, and the guest data are yours. If you ever leave, you take it all with you. We build front doors, not cages.
What about after launch?
Our Upkeep plan is $99/month — hosting, edits, seasonal rate changes, and a real person to email. It's month to month, cancel anytime. You can also just take the site and run it yourself.
How long does it take?
Most builds go live in about three weeks from the first call. A full custom brand takes a little longer. We'll give you a real date, not a someday.
Do you take a cut of my bookings?
Never. That's the whole point of what we build. You pay us to build the site; every direct booking after that is yours, commission-free.
